One song from his new CD, "Men of Iron and Steel" which Dave has allowed us to share here with you, was written to honor the small town teams of the 1920's and 1930's like the Ironton Tanks, Portsmouth Spartans, Decatur Staleys, Muncie Flyers and Canton Bulldogs.

At The Beach by Dave Berry

Dave is a 1974 graduate of Ironton High School and a two way starter on the 1973 state runner-up team. The '73 squad was the first to record an undefeated regular season since the days of former Ironton Tiger and NFL Hall of Famer, George McAffee. Dave writes and composes his own bluegrass/folk music and has just finished compiling a CD of his work entitled 'At The Beach.'
